Guinness Storehouse

Housed in the historic fermentation plant of St. James’s Gate, the Guinness Storehouse is Ireland’s most visited cultural landmark. The extraordinary building is designed in the shape of a giant pint glass, stretching seven floors high from the ground floor atrium up to the world-renowned rooftop Gravity Bar.

Visitors explore the authentic ingredients—water from the Wicklow Mountains, Irish barley, hops, and Arthur Guinness’s legendary proprietary yeast strain—before discovering the 9,000-year lease signed in 1759 on display beneath glass in the atrium floor.

The upper floors celebrate over two centuries of award-winning advertising campaigns (featuring the iconic toucan, sea lion, and Gilroy illustrations), interactive pouring masterclasses, and culminate in the circular glass Gravity Bar offering breathtaking 360-degree views across Dublin and the Dublin Mountains.
