About Cultoura

Cultoura brings together the leading museums and the exhibitions on show right now, city by city, all over the world. Planning a trip or looking for something new in your own city? See at a glance what is on, what is worth seeing and where to get tickets.

Why we built Cultoura

Finding out what is on in a city usually means opening dozens of museum websites. We wanted one place where travellers and locals can see the current exhibitions and top museums of any city, together with the simplest way to book a visit.

What you will find

More than 500 cities and close to 2,000 museums and attractions, together with the exhibitions on view there, in seven languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. For every museum and exhibition we show what is on, practical information and where tickets are available.

How our content is made

Every text on Cultoura follows the same editorial process:

  • Sourced: we start from official information, such as museum websites, exhibition listings and our ticket partners, together with reference works like Wikipedia.
  • Rewritten: each text is written in our own words, separately for each of our seven languages.
  • Reviewed and fact-checked: before publication every text is reviewed and checked against its sources. Anything we cannot verify, such as opening hours, prices or dates, is left out rather than guessed.
  • Kept up to date: exhibitions change constantly, so listings are refreshed and shows that have ended are marked as such.

How Cultoura is funded

Cultoura is free to use. When you buy tickets through one of our partners, such as Tiqets, we may receive a commission. You pay the same price as you would directly with that partner. We also list many museums and exhibitions for which no tickets can be booked through us.

Who we are

Cultoura is a website of Adtix, an independent online company based in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42179041). Spotted a mistake or have a question? We would like to hear from you.
