Privacy policy
This policy explains which data Cultoura (cultoura.org) collects, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as possible.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Cultoura is operated by Adtix, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 42179041). Adtix is the data controller for this website. Contact: contact@adtix.org.
2. What we collect
We follow the GDPR principle of data minimisation and only collect what is needed to run the website:
- Technical logs: anonymised IP address, browser type, referring page, operating system and time of the request when you visit our servers.
- Analytics: aggregated usage data such as page views, scroll depth and outbound clicks, collected with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (including session replays and heatmaps). These tools only load after you give consent.
- Campaign identifiers: anonymous click identifiers (such as GCLID) in links, used to measure advertising and partner bookings without storing who you are.
- Messages: the details you share when you email us.
- Cookieless statistics: we count page views, visits and clicks on our own servers without cookies or anything stored on your device. Your IP address is never stored; it is combined with a random code that changes every day into an anonymous number, so we cannot recognise you on another day or link your visits to anything else. These statistics are kept for 90 days and are not shared. Because they do not identify you, they are collected on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used, without a cookie consent.
3. Why we use it
We use this data to:
- keep the website fast, reliable and secure (including protection via Cloudflare);
- improve layout, speed and ease of use based on aggregated statistics;
- measure bookings made with our ticket partners;
- answer your questions.
4. Ticket partners
Cultoura does not process ticket payments. When you choose to book, you are taken to an authorised ticket partner such as Tiqets. Your booking, payment and personal details are handled under that partner’s own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and consent
Non-essential cookies are off until you give consent. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer.
- Strictly necessary: security and routing cookies (for example from Cloudflare) needed to run the website. Always active.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, only after consent.
- Marketing: Google Ads conversion measurement and partner booking attribution (for example Tiqets), only after consent.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
To exercise your rights, email contact@adtix.org. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
