1. About the service

Cultoura is an independent cultural guide operated by Adtix, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 42179041). We provide overviews of museums and exhibitions, practical information and links to authorised ticket partners.

Cultoura is not the official box office or the operator of any museum. We may receive a commission when you book tickets through our links.

2. Ticket purchases

Orders, tickets, cancellations, refunds and customer service are handled by the ticket partner you book with, such as Tiqets. Your booking is subject to that partner’s terms and cancellation policy.

3. Accuracy of information

We work carefully and check our texts against their sources, but museums can change exhibitions, opening hours, rules and prices without notice. Always check the details with the museum or ticket partner before your visit. The website is provided as is.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adtix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of Cultoura or from information provided by third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The original texts, design and software of Cultoura belong to Adtix. Names, logos and trademarks of museums and other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Photo credits are listed on our photo credits page.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
