The Story & Collection of Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam
Foam shows four different exhibitions at any given time, covering genres such as documentary, art and fashion. Alongside them, shorter exhibitions present work by young and upcoming photographers. The programme ranges from historical vintage prints to contemporary fashion photography.
The museum stands in a manor house along the canals, where Amsterdam's first museum for modern art opened in 1863. Inside you will find a café, a library, a bookshop and a commercial gallery called Foam Editions. Lockers are included with your ticket.
