The Story & Collection of Disneyland Paris Day Trips from Paris
Disneyland Paris opened on 12 April 1992 as Euro Disney Resort in Chessy, Marne-la-Vallée. The resort covers about 2,100 hectares and includes seven Disney hotels and two theme parks. Disneyland Park is built around Sleeping Beauty Castle, while the second park, opened as Walt Disney Studios Park, was renamed Disney Adventure World on 29 March 2026; its landmark is the Earffel Tower. With around 15 to 16 million visits a year, it is described as Europe's most visited theme park.
The resort has its own station, Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, served by the RER A line from central Paris and by high-speed TGV trains from other parts of France.
The packages on Tiqets bundle a ticket for one or both parks with return transport from Paris, either by train or by an express shuttle from the city centre. There is also a direct bus between Charles de Gaulle airport and the resort, and, for guests staying at Disneyland, a guided day trip into Paris with a sightseeing cruise.
