About the Exhibition: Het Grootste Poppenhuis van Nederland

The tour leads into an age of wigs, no electricity, messages sent by carrier pigeon and strict etiquette. The owner, played by actress Liz Snoijink, introduces her dolls: the distinguished Van Lier family and their staff.

On a multimedia tour you choose which resident shows you around, such as master Johannes Van Lier, daughter Barbara or cook Jantien. There is plenty to do, from dusting rooms and polishing silver to preparing a feast, because Stadholder Willem V is coming to visit.
