About the Exhibition: Slingerpaden
The two artists belonged to different generations and admired each other's work. They moved in the circle of De Ploeg while standing slightly apart with their surrealist and dadaist work.
Starting with their first collaboration, the illustrated poetry collection Slingerpaden, their paths often crossed. Works from the collection of Stichting Kunst Behoud Groningen show which roads they took and how they kept meeting.
