Visit the Museodivino in Naples to see the world's smallest sculptures dedicated to the nativity and the Divine Comedy. Created by priest Antonio Maria Esposito (1917-2007) as an exercise in patience and concentration, the collection is a unique wonder in contemporary art. Equipped with a magnifying glass and torch, visitors can explore an array of miniature art pieces, from nativity scenes to the expedition toward Paradise alongside a miniature Dante, crafted from tiny droplets of paint.

Located in the historic center of Naples, The Pio Monte della Misericordia has its roots in the early 17th century. A charity brotherhood, "Pious Mount of Mercy", composed of seven young nobles was founded in 1601. The men would meet every Friday at the Hospital for Incurables and minister to the sick. In 1602 they established their church, and just three years later they received an apostolic letter from Pope Paul V, giving them special privileges to the high altar. The church is famous for its art works, including Caravaggio's The Seven Works of Mercy.
