About the Exhibition: Beleef 75 jaar TV

Each set stands for one television year since 1951, from early black-and-white sets to modern flat screens, and shows images from that year. You see historic news broadcasts, unforgettable sports moments and shows that kept millions glued to the screen.

Walking along the sets, you relive moments such as the 1953 flood disaster, the moon landing and Big Brother, and discover how watching itself changed. The installation brings back shared memories and 75 years of technology, design and television culture.
