An independent jury selected the winning images and stories, which range from war and migration to social, political and environmental issues and stories of hope. The top award went to Carol Guzy for Separated by ICE, which shows the personal impact of stricter US immigration policy on one family.
The exhibition invites you to step away from the daily news flow and reflect critically on important issues. It shows how photography reveals different perspectives and brings complex stories closer.
