About the Exhibition: Waterkracht
On New Year's Eve 1925 the Maasbandijk dyke broke, leading to a major flood at the start of 1926. Many people lost their homes and belongings, and farmers and farm labourers lost their income.
Visitors experience the power of water in the virtual experience Het bewegend Water and see photographs by Marcel van den Bergh about climate change. They also discover what they can do themselves to keep the region liveable.
