About the Exhibition: Wojtek! De beer die soldaat werd
The story begins in Iran, where Wojtek was adopted by Polish soldiers. He sailed across the Mediterranean, helped at Monte Cassino, ended up in Scotland and was later given his own statue there. The show lets young visitors experience the Second World War through his eyes.
The family exhibition suits children especially, with a treasure hunt full of hints and tasks. For the youngest there are cheerfully illustrated stories that work as life-size seek-and-find pictures.
