The Frisian horse once provided essential pulling power in agriculture and has since become an international sensation. Never before has this black pearl of Friesland been so popular, yet it lacked a permanent, prominent place.
The museum has now created a dedicated experience called De wereld van het Friese paard – van boerenpaard tot filmster, which follows the breed's path from the farm to the screen.
